Spent this weekend assembling the guards & bonnet. It went together fairly well no real trouble.

Landcruiser 75 Series Ute Build - Exhaust Done

I took my ute to a local exhaust shop to get a custom system fitted. I felt this was the best idea as there is not much room at the sides of the engine. I still will need to fit some heat shields to protect the fuel lines and clutch slave cylinder.
