Big day yesterday but the cab is back on. I was a bit worried about the clearance between the engine and cab but all is good.

My 75 Series Landcruiser Ute with Engine and Gear Box Together and in.
I did heaps of research into the best way to fit the LS1 into my Landcrusier Ute chassis. I went with a Mark's Adaptor allowing me to sue the original gearbox and drive shafts. I DID GET THE GEARBOX OVERHAULED.
The engine and gearbox fits neatly into the chassis.

I did have to modify the position of the alternator and A/C compressor. Once again Mark's Adaptors had all the required brackets. They all fitted without any problems.

A few rust repairs and it is in undercoat looking good.
Can't wait to get it home and start putting it together.

Got My LS1 Engine for my Landcruiser Ute Rebuild
Got this LS1 from a guy. It cam out of a VU SS Commodore Ute with 115,000 km on it.
Got the fuel tank as well might make it a bit easier to do the fit up.
